Due to tremendous growth, this organization is seeking a Psychiatrist with an interest in an administrative role to join their organization. This community mental health facility is passionate about rural community-based mental and behavioral health with vast plans for continued growth and expansion, especially in youth psychiatry, primary care, and crisis continuum.

Opportunity:
•50% Clinical and 50% Administrative
•Serve as a collaborator, along with the Chief Medical Officer, for a team of PMHNP providers and work
alongside great support staff
•100% On-Site
•Participate virtually in call schedule for inpatient psychiatric facility.

Requirements:
•Board Eligible/Board Certified in Psychiatry
•Lifespan provider
•Active Indiana license

•Competitive guaranteed base salary with higher earning potential based on background and the addition of
production and quality bonus
